3. Who is eligible for course substitution through UJX?

Course substitution is available ONLY to Bachelor’s degree students at the University of Jordan.

While all users may benefit from UJX courses, only Bachelor’s students may apply to substitute selected courses in their approved study plan, subject to academic approval and university regulations.

4. Is course substitution available for Master’s or PhD students?

No. Course substitution through UJX does not apply to Master’s or PhD programs. Graduate students may enroll for skill development and professional growth, but without substitution in their study plans.

5. How does the course substitution process work for Bachelor students?

Eligible Bachelor students must:

• Register on the UJX platform
• Select a course marked as eligible for substitution
• Submit a Course Substitution Request through the official UJX link
• Await academic and administrative approval

Substitution becomes valid only after official approval.

6. Who can benefit from free courses offered through the Ministry of Digital Economy & Entrepreneurship?

All members of the University of Jordan community, including:

• UJ students
• Faculty members
• Administrative staff

7. Can Ministry courses be used for course substitution?

Yes, some Ministry courses may be eligible, but:

• Only for Bachelor’s students
• Application must be submitted before enrollment
• Approval is subject to academic and regulatory review

8. Can guests (non-UJ users) enroll in UJX courses?

• Guests are redirected to the edX platform
