The impact of rape on the marriage judgments of the raped woman
Abstract | الملخص
Rape is considered one of the most issues that annoy the society due to its impacts on the raped woman, and on her family in particular, and on the society in general, and the differences of the point of view regarding how to deal with this case after its occurrence. This study comes to show the judgment of marriage of the raped woman by her rapist, and the judgment of marriage of the raped woman of a person other her rapist after stitching her virginity membrane without telling the husband, and the impact of this on the marriage contract, and the study concluded with presenting some recommendations.
