Abstract | الملخص

This study examines the statement meaning Ability in oath taking in Islamic jurisprudence, and limits the impact of the law on ability of oath taking in generals, and on the pillars of swearing and conditions in particular, and the statement of its impact as well as in some of the issues of oath affairs such as; thickened false and nonsense oath. To prove that legality of oath taking came according to energy-designate and their ability and the correctness of the oath depends on this ability, Allah-the almighty- does not cost a soul beyond its scope.
