The Production of Law between State and Society
Abstract | الملخص
ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to provide perceptions of legal production phenomenon after the welfare state. I want to demonstrate the transformations of legal production from state centered to society centered theories in order to understand the legal configurations resulting from these conditions, and which define the characteristics of "Non State Law", and to construct the general frame of legal production in the actual structure of governance of society. The article tends to analyze the transformation of the frame to analyzing legal production from the hierarchical to center/periphery frame, and analyze the legal configurations resulting from this frame.
