This research presents a study to the considerable authenticating ways of AL-Fiqih maxims. Therefore, each Fiqih maxim must depend on an evidence, either from the Nobel Qur'an or from Al Sounah. So, this research exposes the authenticating conception, the application of each way and its argument. This research reveals the fact that the ways of authenticating Al-Fiqih Maxims can be divided into two sections: First: the authenticating that can be done by legislative Texts (from The Nobel Qur'an) and the traces that are considered as Fiqih Maxims. This can be divided into two sections: 1) The authenticating that can be done by the legislative Texts, either from The Nobel Qur'an or from Al-Sounah. 2) The authenticating that can be done by the speeches of the companions, followers and the diligent imams. Second: diligence by which the authenticating is done. Also this way is divided into two sections: 1) The authenticating which is done by the excogitation and the justification. 2) The authenticating by induction. Also the research elucidates that the excogitation and the induction are the widest ways of AL-Fiqih Maxims Authenticating and the widest ways in which AL-Fiqih branches are taken out.
