This study deals with the extraction and deduction of the evidence to decide if Hadith is false, which had been mentioned in the book of Bin Udai (Al Kamel Fe Do'afa Al Rejal). This study is divided into introduction and two topics. The introduction is dedicated to provide an overview about Bin Udai and his book Al Kamel as well as definitions of false Hadith. The first topic deals with the pieces of evidence related to the narrators which are four, as follows: The narrator narrates from Sheikh and it was proved that he died before he was born, and the narrators narrates about people and it was proved that he had not seen them , and the narrator acknowledges that he had lied and did not travel to any country. The second topic deals with the evidences related to the narrated Hadith which are four pieces evidence: Al Hadith is not like the words of the Prophet, refusal of Al Matn ,Hadith is contrary to known or famous Hadith, and Hadith is not like Hadith of honest people. In the conclusion, the most important findings were provided.
