The Problem of Giving Jordanian Nationality to the Children of A Jordanian Woman Married to Foreigner "Comparative Study"
Abstract | الملخص
This study is one of the most important issues raised on the scene now, namely " Jordanian women's focused on right to confer their nationality to their children, with an attempt to put some of the proposals to alleviate this problem of Islamic jurisprudence. The study discussed several themes as: Statement of the term sex, statement citizen discrimination against Jordanian women in the Jordanian Nationality Law, then models of the Arab legislations assaulted the role of mother and recognized the right of the mother to pass on their nationality to their children, and finally the study revealed the doctrinal views on this matter, with revenue solutions to simplity the problem of discrimination in nationality law.
