The study aimed to identify the level of leadership behavior among physical education teachers in the Educational South Badia depending on the variable sex, years of According to the results of the study, the researchers recommended the need to high light the need ofexperience and qualification. The study sample consisted of (31) males the physical education females teachers involvement in the training courses held by the Department of Physical Education wider than it is now; as well as the need to maintain leadership behavior and seek to develop it, because of its important role in the number of teams sports and conducting similar studies on other variables of teachers of physical education in the Educational South Badia.and females of physical education teachers in Educational South Badia regular teaching, representing 100% of the study population at second semester; the researchers used a descriptive approach (survey) due to its relevance nature of this study, as well as The researchers used the following statistical treatments (averages, standard deviations, relative importance, and analysis of variance, and the t- test and Cronbach's alpha coefficient) Results of the study indicated that the level of leadership behavior among physical education teachers in the Educational South Badia was high. Results of the study also indicated that there are significant differences between the behaviors of the leadership among physical education teachers in the Educational South Badia according to gender and in favor of male teachers, and also the results of the study indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between the behavior of the leadership among physical education teachers in the Educational South Badia according to variable of years of experience and qualification.
