The study aimed at developing code of ethics for educational servant leadership in Jordan. The population of the study consisted of all leaders who are in service at Directorates of education at Ministry of Education and their assistant managers of education, in addition to secondary school principals, totaling (1305). Then the developed instrument distributed on the sample of the study, content validity was calculated and the reliability was conducted using chronbach alpha, the results ranged (0.07-0.94). The results showed the following: Educational leaders in Jordan practice servant leadership- as seen by the sample- was medium. The importance of servant leadership domains - as seen by the sample- was high. There were significant differences in estimations of the sample regarding the status quo of practicing servant leadership and it's importance and in interest of importance estimates. The presence of eight basic ethical principles adopted for code of ethics of educational servant leadership. Accordingly, comes the stage of developing the code of ethics for servant leadership in Jordan, as the domains and principles of the code were proposed based on the status of "Importance and Practice" through the literature articles and essays. Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommended that the Ministry of Education in Jordan would adapt the developed code of ethics.
