This study aimed at building a control model within the Educational Administrators performance inside the Directorates of Ministry of Education in Jordan. The study population consisted of all the (296) from the administrators in the unity of the internal control in the Ministry of Education of Jordan and its directorates, directors of education, assistant administrators and technicians in the directorates during the year 2015/2016. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed to collect data. The study adopted the study developmental approach. The data were analyzed using the averages, standard deviations, t-test and the degree of correlation by calculating the Pearson correlation coefficient. Based on the studying status quo and reviewing related literature, the proposed model was built which consisted of the following theoretical basics eight dimensions: (the clarity of the Administrative Control process, legislation the Administrative Control, communications and information, performance evaluation, laws and regulations, manuals, accountability and disclosure, organizational structures, and controlling over corruption). The results indicated that: the status quo of administrative control application within the Jordanian Education Directorates was moderate, and the importance of administrative control application was high. Although there were statistically significant differences between the status quo and the importance of administrative control, the differences in favor of importance, the model was arbitration by a group of experts and had a high degree of relevance. Therefore, the study recommended the adoption of administrative control model proposed by the Ministry of Education in Jordan.
