This study aimed to build an educational guide of knowledge management in (UNRWA) schools in Jordan. To achieve this goal the researcher used the developmental survey method. The study community consisted of all school principals of UNRWA's schools in Jordan, for the academic year 2014-2015 totaling (174) principals. To collect data about the study community, the researcher developed the study tool (the questionnaire) which consisted of (61) items, spread over seven axes, which has been distributed to all members of the study population. The study results showed that the Reality of Implementing Knowledge Management in UNRWA schools from the point of view of school principals was moderate in general. The order of axes was as follows: sharing of knowledge, application of knowledge, diagnosis of knowledge, storage and sustain knowledge, knowledge generation, and retrieval of knowledge and organization of knowledge. Then the researcher built the content of the proposed educational guide of knowledge management in (UNRWA) schools in Jordan. In light of the results the study concluded several recommendations; the most important is working on the adoption of the proposed educational guide.
