Abstract This study aimed to identify (administrative mandate and its impact on improving management performance at the Ministry of Education from the perspective of managers and teachers of schools in the District in South Shuna) in teachers of music the basic stage in the Jordanian capital Amman, objectives of the study researcher sample consisted of (30) teacher chose teacher, the study concluded that the degree of administrative authority in the Ministry of Education from the perspective of managers and teachers of schools in the District of South Barn "average degree". As well as there are no differences in the degree of administrative authority in the Ministry of Education from the perspective of managers and teachers of schools in the District of South Barn attributed to sex (male, female), the study recommended the development of the enactment of laws and regulations contribute to the activation of the administrative authority of the Ministry of Education in Jordan.
